Denim Developers Limited, a Listed Public Company, was originally incorporated on 15th October, 1969 under the name ‘Chowdhury Plast Limited’ in the state of West Bengal. On 9th November, 1973 the company changed its name to ‘Universal Plast Limited’.

Furthermore, on 22nd March, 1984 the name changed to ‘Oriental Vinlys Limited’ and later on 21st December, 2009 it was finally changed to ‘Denim Developers Limited’.

With the new name ‘Denim Developers Limited’, the Company focused its core business to real estate. The Company is working with a vision to accelerate the growth and leverage the experience in real estate which is the most recognized sector. Denim Developers Limited is mainly engaged in the business of Acquisition / Lease / Sale and Developments of land into Residential and Commercial complexes.
